Terms of Service

1. Dispatch Service Scope

DayZero Logistics LLC ("DayZero") provides administrative and dispatch services for independent carriers. We act as an authorized agent for the purpose of load procurement, broker setup, and rate negotiation. We do not provide freight brokerage services and do not hold freight payment in escrow.

2. Service Fees & Compensation

Carrier agrees to pay DayZero a flat service fee of 7.0% of the gross revenue for every load booked and accepted through our dispatch desk.

• Fees are invoiced weekly upon the successful completion of the load.
• Payment terms for DayZero invoices are Net-7 days unless otherwise specified in the Carrier profile.
• Carrier remains solely responsible for paying drivers, fuel, and maintenance costs.

3. Carrier Authority & Insurance

Carrier must maintain active MC Authority and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing DayZero Logistics LLC as an additional interest/certificate holder. Failure to maintain insurance coverage results in immediate termination of the dispatch link.

4. No Forced Dispatch

DayZero maintains a strict no-forced-dispatch policy. Carrier holds the absolute final veto over any load presented by our agents. The contract is performance-based and non-exclusive.
