1. Information Collection
We collect essential fleet data including USDOT/MC numbers, EIN tax identification, and insurance certificates. This data is utilized solely for broker setup and load procurement via our secure PACE Relay Node.
2. Data Usage & Disclosure
Your data is only shared with verified freight brokers and factoring companies for the purpose of booking and funding freight loads. We do not sell carrier lists or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to third-party marketing entities.
3. Security Nodes
All documents uploaded through the Partner Node are encrypted using industrial-grade protocols. Access to compliance packets is restricted to authorized DayZero Treasury and Dispatch agents.
4. FMCSA Data Integration
Our system periodically syncs with the FMCSA SAFER database to verify safety ratings and authority status. This data is used to provide accurate compliance reporting to our partner brokers.
